My frail elderly dad was treated with kindness and expert care during his appointment with [name removed] and his supervising colleague. They both made my dad feel like an individual and that his care was important to them. We had to use our own IPad to communicate by turning speech into text so this took time but they willingly adopted this method of communicating with a very very deaf elderly man and the appointment was very worthwhile and they plan follow up care to help My Dad and therefore his family.

We had great care and warm interest from professional audiology staff. Thank you.

Podiatrist reviewed wound and re dressed it accordingly

I would like her to have reviewed patient's feet as he is a Diabetic, with dry skin and hard areas

The DSN was very knowledgeable and.listened to my concerns about my diabetes control. Together we have come up with a plan to adjust my insulin, and have weekly telephone consultations to go through my diabetes changes. Feel well supported and know I can.contact the team at any time. Very happy.

The care and support I had was excellent.
